Garment Colours

Whilst Toetum Pty Ltd makes every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen.  We cannot guarantee that your moniter/screen's display will be accurate.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase or need to exchange a size, please contact us at info@toetum.com.  Goods may be returned or exchanged, at your cost, within 14 days of purchase provided they are unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition, have all tags attached and are accompanied by original proof of purchase.  Goods returned more than 14 days after purchase are not returnable/exchangeable. Returns/exhcnages/refunds cannot be made without original proof of purchase.

Please ensure postage for returns/exchanges is pre-paid as we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.  If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure you include an Australia Post Express Post satchel so we can despatch your replacement product as quickly as possible.  For Returns, a credit note will be issued for the value of returned goods. 

If you're purchased an item from a retail outlet and wish to return or exchange, please return it to the place of purchase.  The return/exchange/refund policy of the place of purchase will apply.

Faulty Goods

If a current season product purchased from our e-store is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@toetum.com.  Refunds are only available if an items are current season and faulty.
